"Integrity, Quality and Perseverance are the three traits that come to mind in our HOA’s experience with All-In-One Pools.

 

Integrity  - An issue that came about because of an error made on the part of All-In-One Pools who’s cost and fault could have been argued over for a long time.  That did not happen.  All-In-One Pools corrected the problem and no mention was made of an additional cost.  How often does that happen?

 

Quality - Our pool was plastered and the coping replaced to the HOA’s complete satisfaction.  Other contract items were also taken care of with professionalism and satisfaction.  After the fact cleanup and adjustments were made as requested.

 

Perseverance - Wet weather and later the Covid-19 epidemic both occurred during our pools reconstruction.  Concrete work could not proceed with wet conditions so things went slow in the beginning.  All-In-One stayed tuned in and often took advantage of a dry day by working late into the day.  A dedicated work force with friendly people both in the field and the office were a positive.

 

Overall our pool looks great and we are happy with the results."
